4. USER GENERATED MATERIAL

In order to apply for positions through www.xxx.higheretalent.org you will be asked to register/upload text, pictures or other material to various applicant tracking systems. You remain the owner of and responsible for, all data uploaded through www.xxx.higheredtalent.org.
By uploading data you give the Highered customers (potential employers) a license to use (copy and make available) material to the extent that the purpose of your upload implies.
You may at any time withdraw this license back by contacting in writing to Highered customer (your potential employer), or using any functionality of the website for deleting uploaded material or deleting user profile.
By uploading material you confirm ownership to these data and therefore do not violate any third party rights. You also confirm that the information uploaded not is in violation with applicable law.
We conduct no control of such uploaded material and are not responsible for the information uploaded. We reserve the right to remove any material uploaded on our own initiative and sound judgement or if requested by third parties and/or authorities.
